Due to the nature of graded comic book sales, comic books, and collectibles in general, returns are NOT accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect the pictures included with each item carefully and feel free ask any questions prior to ordering.

Note order processing times are separate from shipping times seen at checkout (when available). All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Capture The Slab is not responsible for any other potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal/carrier service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, preferred carrier is USPS. Although the shipping rates are priced on the high side, this is to ensure that your books are shipped fast as well as provided the best category for shipping these high valued collectibles (as opposed to first class or other shipping methods).

At this time, Capture The Slab does NOT offer international shipping to countries outside of the Continental United States of America.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available for your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@captuertheslab.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group (UPS or FedEx likely), you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@capturetheslab.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
